​Cyndee is a former owner of her own accounting practice, specializing in small business consultation. Cyndee has over 25 years expertise in understanding profit and loss, asset retention and management as well as helping guide clients to improved business practices, performance, and management. Using forensic accounting practices, Cyndee is well equipped to determine the financial stability of organizations as well as having the ability to use profit and loss statements to predict future earnings. Cyndee currently works as Asset Manager on multiple Multifamily properties. She and her husband, Lynn currently reside in Surprise, AZ.

With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Cal State Fullerton and over 15 years property management experience, Andrew has built a reputation for excellence and a deep understanding of real estate investments.

Andrew's property management expertise extends from single-family homes to large multifamily apartment communities, including those with over 500 units.  Andrew is the proud owner of Elite Property Management serving Southern California. 

Andrew's commitment to real estate extends beyond his professional endeavors. His investment portfolio spans across California to Texas, encompassing a variety of real estate assets, including single-family homes and a substantial 168-unit property in Houston, TX.

Loric is an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in customer service and project management. With over 10 years of accounting experience, he has honed his skills in Microsoft Office, accounting, customer service, and emerging technologies. He has had the privilege of launching and training on a multitude of different projects, systems, and programs. He brings a well-rounded skill set and a dedication to excellence to our team. He now works full time with High Caliber and Yin Yang working to meet the needs of the Asset Management Community. He currently resides in Surprise, AZ with his wife, Andrea and son.

Kat Harding graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Business with an emphasis in Marketing Management from Western Governors University in 2021. She is passionate about graphic design and email marketing and is constantly learning, growing, and improving her skills to keep up with the ever-changing market. When she's not working, she loves exploring the mountains, loving on her dog, Dozer, and enjoying movie marathons with her husband, Tyler. She currently resides in Northern Utah.

Tyler has spent his whole career in sales and management. With 12 years of sales experience and 10 years of management he brings a unique perspective to the team. During that time he picked up and moved 10 times in 4 different states. He is married to a wonderful woman named Kat and has a dog named Dozer. In his free time he loves playing any game he can get his hands on, video, board, or outdoor it doesn’t matter. He is also a big movie buff and loves to watch movies in the home theater.
