The Basics:
1) What is asset management?
Asset management refers to the systematic process of planning, acquiring, tracking, maintaining, and disposing of assets in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

The class is tailored, but not limited, to individuals interested in asset management for multifamily apartments. Enrolling in this class can be highly advantageous for those seeking to gain real life experience in managing and optimizing the performance of multifamily apartment assets. It provides valuable insights and strategies to enhance one's ability to oversee and maximize the value of these properties, whether for personal investment or as part of a professional career in real estate management.

Upon completion of the class you will receive a Mastery Certificate in Asset Management.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Duration of Master Class:
- Our Master Class programs typically run for a duration of 12 weeks.
Enrollment Process:
- Students will register online and enroll for a 12-week class. After enrolling, they will receive an invoice for the master class and be required to pay the entire class in full before attending.
Cancellation Notice Period:
- Cancellation 2 weeks or more before the class starts: Full refund of the payment made.
- Cancellation during weeks 1-3 of the instruction period: 75% refund of the payment made.
- Cancellation during weeks 4+ No refund; full tuition is forfeited.

NO SHOW POLICY:
-A no-show on the days of the scheduled class is also 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. We reserve the right to retain the entire payment in full.
Exceptions for Emergencies or Extenuating Circumstances:
- We understand that emergencies and extenuating circumstances can arise. In such cases, exceptions to our cancellation policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Non-refundable Fees:
- There are non-refundable fees or expenses associated with enrollment, such as, but not limited to, materials, registration fees, or administrative costs. These will be itemized and deducted during the refund process.
Communication Channels for Cancellation Requests:
- Cancellations must be notified in writing via email to:

Rescheduling Class Policy:
- Students are responsible for attending each class scheduled. If you cannot make a class, you must contact the instructors in writing 24 hours before their scheduled class starts and notify them if you will be sending someone in your place. We will not be offering credit for missed classes.
Instructor Unavailability:
- In exceptional circumstances, such as low enrollment or instructor unavailability, we reserve the right to cancel a class. In such cases, enrolled and paid students will receive a full refund of their payment made.
Legal and Regulatory Requirements:
- We have taken into consideration any applicable legal and regulatory requirements in our jurisdiction when drafting this cancellation policy.
